What We Do: Human Rights Mediation
We mediate all matter pertaining to human rights. By employing careful scientific, mathematical, and legal knowledge, recognizing the important values and interests of all stakeholders, and utilizing practical techniques informed by game theory, psychology, and solid strategic and tactical techniques, we can help any and all parties achieve their goals. This approach to conflict avoids costly and protracted litigation, creates sustainable solutions, and develops important and long-lasting relationships.
Who We Are:
We are a group of caring and well-educated mediators and negotiators with financial, legal, and psychological backgrounds who strongly believe that we can solve conflicts concerning human rights with non-violent approaches and solutions.
How We Do It:
We employ knowledge and techniques that we have developed from our research in game theory, psychoanalysis, communications theory, economics, and the law. We use a collaborative team approach and can quickly and efficiently analyze a conflict problem in order to develop effective solution sets for resolution. This can help repair and restore important community and organizational interests.
When We Are Available:
We are available seven days per week and will respond to your inquiry quickly, especially if it is an urgent request.
Where We Are Available:
We have offices in several regions of the U.S. but because of Internet technologies we can connect with you by Skype, Zoom, WebEx, and Facetime, and therefore, are available all across North America and beyond. We can also quickly mobilize a negotiation or mediation team to come to you.
We complete projects, offer consultation, mediate cases, and negotiate solutions on either an hourly rate, a project basis, or in some cases, pro bono. Our fees range from $375/hour to $750/hour, but we are able to negotiate project rates and overall costs that are within your budget and overall goals. Because we view human rights as a critical social and cultural issue, we can sometimes take cases for free, as long as our clients pay our basic expenses.
